Every Sahara route offers Standard (Shared), Luxury (Shared) and Premium (Private). Booking one or two shared seats does not reserve the full vehicle. Shared travelers follow the same scheduled route with other guests. Premium Private is for your party only, with a dedicated vehicle, upgraded accommodation and reasonable flexibility within the tour duration. Day trips offer Shared and Private packages.

Desert departures normally use 8-seat or 17–18-seat air-conditioned vehicles, with additional vehicles when needed. The exact number of travelers varies by departure.

Accessible accommodation is served directly when practical. If a riad or other accommodation cannot be reached by vehicle, the nearest practical meeting point is assigned. The final desert-tour pickup time and point are confirmed one day before departure by email or WhatsApp; earlier estimates can change as shared pickup routes are finalized. Be at the confirmed meeting point about five minutes early. Day-trip pickup details are confirmed before departure.

One carry-on-sized bag plus one small backpack or personal item is recommended. Contact support before travel if you need to bring more so vehicle space can be checked.

Standard uses a Sahara camp at or near the dune edge with shared toilets and showers. Luxury uses a camp deeper in the dunes with a private en-suite bathroom, shower and air conditioning. Luxury is still a shared tour: the scheduled route, group transport and shared-tour expectations remain the same.

Yes. One traveler can book a shared desert departure. A private room or tent is provided when availability allows; when sharing is required, solo travelers are paired with another traveler of the same gender.

A 4x4 transfer to and from the Sahara camp is available instead of the camel ride at no additional charge. Quad biking is a separate optional paid activity, available by the hour on single- or two-person quads; arrange availability before travel.

The desert tours do not offer a child discount; each traveler uses a seat and pays the applicable per-person fare. Families should review the route pace and long driving days before booking.

The three-day desert tours include two breakfasts and two dinners. The two-day desert tours include one breakfast and one dinner. Day-trip meals vary, so check your chosen trip details before booking.

Vegetarian and vegan meals can be arranged on the desert tours. Declare allergies and dietary requirements during booking and repeat them to the driver on day one. Contact support before booking for serious allergy or cross-contamination concerns.

Named properties are not guaranteed. An equivalent accommodation may be substituted when operationally necessary while preserving the booked accommodation category as closely as practicable.

Checkout and payment are handled on WeTravel. Desert tours use the deposit shown at checkout, with the remaining balance due 7 days before departure. Bookings made within 7 days require full payment. Day trips require full payment at booking.

Cancel 14 days or more before departure for a 100% refund; between 48 hours and 13 days for a 50% refund; less than 48 hours is non-refundable; no-shows are non-refundable. Cancellation requests should be sent to hello@quickmorocco.com.
