Cancellation policy
These cancellation terms apply to the six current Quick Morocco launch products.
- 14 days or more before departure
- 100% refund
- Between 48 hours and 13 days before departure
- 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before departure
- Non-refundable
- No-show
- Non-refundable
How to cancel
Email hello@quickmorocco.com with the booking name, departure date and WeTravel booking reference. The time the request is received is used to determine the applicable cancellation window.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed through WeTravel and returned to the original payment method where available. Bank or card processing times are outside Quick Morocco's control, so no fixed arrival-time guarantee is given on this website.
If an operator-side change affects your booking
Contact support if a departure is cancelled or materially changed by the organizer. The available remedy will be confirmed for the affected booking rather than relying on a blanket promise that is not part of the published customer cancellation tiers.
