Who you are booking with

Quick Morocco is the customer-facing trading brand. The legal seller and contracting company is Arhhal Travel Services LTD, company number 16522086, registered in England and Wales.

Booking and payment

Product pages link to the matching WeTravel checkout. WeTravel processes booking and payment; Quick Morocco does not collect card details on this website. The price, package and payment schedule shown at checkout should be reviewed before payment.

Desert tours require the deposit shown at checkout, with the remaining balance due 7 days before departure. Bookings made within 7 days require full payment. Launch day trips require full payment at booking.

Shared-tour format and customer information

The launch products are shared/group departures. Unrelated travelers may share the same vehicle. You are responsible for providing accurate traveler, pickup, contact, dietary and other requested booking information.

Pickup, timing and operational changes

Pickup and arrival times are estimates unless stated otherwise. Traffic, weather, road conditions and group logistics can affect timing. If accommodation is not vehicle-accessible, a practical nearby meeting point may be assigned.

Named accommodation is not guaranteed. Equivalent substitutions may be made when operationally necessary. Optional activities are only included when the product page or checkout says they are included.

Cancellations and refunds

The applicable cancellation schedule is published on the Cancellation Policy. Cancellation requests should be emailed to hello@quickmorocco.com. Eligible refunds are processed through WeTravel back to the original payment method where available.

Suppliers and ground services

Tours may be fulfilled using independent local transport providers, guides, accommodation providers, camps and other suppliers. The identity of a supplier does not change the booking contract with Arhhal Travel Services LTD.
