Standard vs Luxury Morocco desert tours: what actually changes?
On Quick Morocco's shared desert tours, Standard and Luxury describe the Sahara camp category. They do not change the tour into private transport, and they do not create a different route.
The short version
Standard uses a Sahara camp at or near the edge of the dunes with shared toilets and showers. Luxury uses a camp deeper within the dunes with a private en-suite bathroom, private shower and air conditioning.
The shared vehicle, core route and group-tour format stay the same. Travelers choosing different camp categories may still travel in the same vehicle.

What does not change
Choosing Luxury does not mean private transport. Quick Morocco's current desert products remain shared/group departures. The same route, core sightseeing structure, duration and endpoint apply to both camp options on the exact product page.
On current 3-day / 2-night products, the additional non-desert night is a comfortable hotel with a private bathroom and shower unless the exact product states otherwise. On the current 2-day / 1-night Fes products, the single overnight is the Sahara camp.
Who Standard suits
Standard is the practical choice if your priority is reaching the Sahara and you are comfortable using shared bathroom and shower facilities at camp. It keeps the same shared route while using the simpler camp category.
Who Luxury suits
Luxury is the better fit if having your own bathroom and shower at camp matters to you, or if you specifically want the deeper-dune camp setting and air conditioning listed in the current product truth.
