Booking Terms

A booking is made by completing the booking form and making a deposit of $25.00 per person. A confirmation letter will be sent to you as soon as possible (usually within 24h) after receiving of your booking form and deposit. terms and conditions

PLEASE NOTE THE DEPOSIT IS STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE.

Deposits can be made via direct bank transfer through Payoneer, or via PayPal, using most credit/debit cards or a PayPal account. We accept other forms of payment, such as cryptocurrencies, if the client prefers. The remaining amount can be paid in cash (Moroccan Dirhams, US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds). For security reasons, credit/debit cards are NOT accepted locally. All the bookings are confirmed after we receive the deposit receipt.terms and conditions

Surcharges

Quick Morocco reserves the right to raise the tour price to account for government action, currency exchange rates, and transportation costs (including the cost of fuel).  If the surcharge results in an increase of more than 10% of the tour cost, Quick Morocco must notify the Client as soon as possible so that he can make appropriate decisions, and the Client may then cancel the booking within 7 days of being notified of the surcharge and receive a full refund. terms and conditions

Children Policy

Children aged 2 – 5 years are confirmed free of charge.

When sharing a room with 2 adults (parents), children aged 6 – 12 years receive a 50% discount

PLEASE NOTE THAT MAXIMUM 1 CHILD PER FAMILY IS ACCOUNTED FOR ABOVE.

Cancelation By The Client

The Client may cancel the booking at any time, as long as the cancellation is communicated in writing to Quick Morocco. Cancellation fees will be evaluated based on the tour’s expected date, as shown below.

Cancellation Fees Are As Follows:

More than 72 hours before the tour’s scheduled start date: 100% of the total cost

Between 72 and 48 hours before the tour’s scheduled start date: 75% of the total cost

Between 48 and 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start date: 50% of the total cost

Less than 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start date: NON REFUNDABLE

Cancelation By Quick Morocco

Quick Morocco reserves the right to cancel a tour under any circumstances, but will not cancel a tour less than 3 weeks before departure, unless there is Force Majeure, a low number of bookings, or the Client’s failure to pay the final balance. Unless the Client fails to pay the final balance, Quick Morocco will return all deposits paid upon cancellation. If the cancellation is due to Force Majeure or a lack of bookings, no compensation will be paid to the client.

Amendments

We will do our best to change your arrangements, but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case, especially during peak tourist seasons. If a client requests an amendment in less than 4 weeks before the departure date, there may be additional charges, which we will quote on the supplement.

Complaints

If the Client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, the Client must bring it to our attention as soon as possible so that we can use our reasonable efforts to correct the situation. Failure to file a complaint on time will jeopardize the Client’s ability to seek compensation from Quick Morocco. If the problem is not resolved, a written complaint must be made to Quick Morocco within a reasonable period of not more than 4 weeks after the tour’s completion.
