The Client may cancel the booking at any time, as long as the cancellation is communicated in writing to Quick Morocco. Cancellation fees will be evaluated based on the tour’s expected date, as shown below.
More than 72 hours before the tour’s scheduled start date: 100% of the total cost
Between 72 and 48 hours before the tour’s scheduled start date: 75% of the total cost
Between 48 and 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start date: 50% of the total cost
Less than 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start date: NON REFUNDABLE
Quick Morocco reserves the right to cancel a tour under any circumstances, but will not cancel a tour less than 3 weeks before departure, unless there is Force Majeure, a low number of bookings, or the Client’s failure to pay the final balance. Unless the Client fails to pay the final balance, Quick Morocco will return all deposits paid upon cancellation. If the cancellation is due to Force Majeure or a lack of bookings, no compensation will be paid to the client.
We will do our best to change your arrangements, but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case, especially during peak tourist seasons. If a client requests an amendment in less than 4 weeks before the departure date, there may be additional charges, which we will quote on the supplement.
If the Client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, the Client must bring it to our attention as soon as possible so that we can use our reasonable efforts to correct the situation. Failure to file a complaint on time will jeopardize the Client’s ability to seek compensation from Quick Morocco. If the problem is not resolved, a written complaint must be made to Quick Morocco within a reasonable period of not more than 4 weeks after the tour’s completion.
