One Week Morocco Itinerary Includes And Excludes

Tour Itinerary

We'll pick you up from the airport and take you straight to your hotel in Casablanca. Afterwards, depending on when you arrive, we may explore some of Casablanca's top attractions: the Hassan II mosque, Morocco Mall shopping center, and a nearby beach area (if time permits). Then we'll Continue to Rabat where we will visit the Hassan Tower and walk around the Udayas Kasbah before we head to our accommodation to spend the night.

After a breakfast, we'll continue our trip to Chefchaouen. The drive will take us along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean.

Our first stop will be in Asilah, where you will have the opportunity to explore the city, that is mostly known for its annual festival for art – most of the walls of the Medina are painted by various famous artists from all over the world.

Our visit includes the Skalla fortress, where you will get a wonderful view of the Medina and the ocean. And if time permits, we will get to drive-through Tangier to get a feel of the city. Before we continue our journey over the foothills of the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen.

After breakfast we then head to Volubilis to see the archaeological site. Visit the historic capital of Moulay Ismail in Meknes, which is guarded by the splendid architectural gates Bab el Khemis and Bab Mansour. Then there's Hedim square, Moulay Ismail's tomb. The journey continues to Fez. To spend the night in the Riad.

After breakfast, We will start the journey to the Sahara Desert by crossing Ifrane, where we will stop for photos and admire the city's elegance. Then we'll continue on the way to Azrou's cedar forests and monkey troupes, where we'll stop for pictures too. When arrived at Midelt we stop for lunch. Then, continue on the journey through the Ziz Valley, Errachidia, and Erfoud. To get to the Desert and start a guided camel ride, led by one of the local experienced camel-men. To reach the camp where we will have dinner, and spend the night under the starry sky of the Sahara Desert.

After you wake up in the camp and ride camels back to the hotel for a shower and breakfast, we will head to Dades Valley, through Tinghir where we will tour old irrigation systems and sip Berber tea with the locals. Then continue the journey to Todgha Canyon, where we will explore the valley and get lunch. Afterward, continue to Dades Valley and tour around the Canyon before spending the night at a natural hotel.

After a nice night's sleep, you'll wake up to a delicious breakfast accompanied by the pure air of Dades Valley's nature. We will Cross Kelaat M'gouna on the way to Marrakech. Then visit the Hollywood of Africa film studios in Ouarzazate before continuing to Ait Ben Haddou to enjoy the culture and beautiful landscapes of that town, which is a magnificent example of southern Moroccan architecture. After lunch, we take the High Atlas mountainous road to Marrakech, and check in our accommodation. After dinner, we can enjoy the night life of the famous Red City, and get entertained by magicians, storytellers, musicians, and snake charmers. Before we head back to our accommodation for the night.

After breakfast, our guide will make sure we explore all of the historical sites and cultural interest in Marrakech – including the famous Jemaa El Fna square, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the Saadian tombs. You'll also get a chance to visit the Palace of Bahia in the afternoon and have a short visit to the new city of Marrakech and the Koutoubia tower. By evening, we'll drive you to the airport for your departure flight back home! And as always Goodbyes are always hard for us.
